Hey there, travelers!

So, today I’ve finally got the news you’ve all been waiting for — Provoron is officially releasing! After all these years, all the people I’ve met along the way, all the tough calls... the game is finally becoming something separate from me. I can’t change anything major in it anymore. And honestly? I don’t even feel like I need to.Is Provoron perfect now? Not at all. It’s got plenty of flaws — and plenty of good stuff too. And I really, really want to fall in love with it. Not so much for the things it usually gets praised for, but more for its rough edges — because they didn’t just show up for no reason. They mean a lot to me, because they’re the result of the choices that actually got this game out the door. For me, loving this game is kind of like loving and accepting myself as just some regular person who doesn’t nail everything on the first try.

It’s not perfect, but it’s real. And now it actually exists, and that just warms my tired soul more than I can say.

Today, I’m sharing with you what I’ve been living and breathing for the past few years — something that always felt so hazy, like it only existed in my head. And starting today, you can help me make Provoron truly alive — by playing it, watching a playthrough, or even just reading about it!

Thanks so much for waiting all this time.

Always yours,
Tara
