All newsPlayers around this dateRead on Steam
  • Fixed an issue where players could sometimes fail to reconnect to a server they had recently left
  • Fixed an issue where some enemies could respawn instantly instead of respecting their normal respawn timer, most likely to occur when the host was far from where the enemy was killed
  • Performance improvements across the board, most noticeable on lower-end devices
  • Steam Deck performance has been significantly improved, and the game can now reach 60 FPS. Framerate can vary depending on what's happening on screen, so for the smoothest, most consistent experience (plus better battery life and less CPU/GPU stress) I recommend capping your Deck's refresh rate to 40Hz in Steam's display settings. I'm still working on further improvements for Steam Deck going forward.
  • Very Low and Low settings now disable fog and advanced post-processing effects to boost performance (especially on lower-end devices)
  • The Main Hub has been redesigned to feel more open
  • Removed the 5x difficulty cap in Arena mode
  • Player movement has been adjusted and should feel noticeably smoother
