🔓 NEW: SECRET TECHNOLOGIES DLC SUPPORT

- Added the Secret Technologies control panel (DLC required)

- Open/close the panel with the [Tilde ~] key

- Full localization support for all panel content

- Added UI sound effects across the panel

- Added panel VFX

- Fixed being able to skip a chapter using the date-add function in the DLC panel

- Fixed being unable to obtain achievements from the DLC

- Fixed being able to start a war while your country is already at war via the DLC panel

🐛 BUG FIXES

- Fixed a loading screen appearing after a building upgrade purchased without using step buttons

- Fixed the "Mission Complete" notification firing when colonizing your own colony

- Fixed an error when clicking the map after loading a saved game

- Fixed total power not updating when a colony is lost

- Fixed the Revolt button becoming inactive after closing the Start Revolt pop-up

- Fixed capital action buttons rendering transparent

- Fixed keybinds not working after closing the nuke window when text was entered in the country search field

- Fixed incorrect maximum unit capacity shown in the military window for countries with the max-capacity skill

- Fixed being unable to spend all available money on units in a colonized country

- Fixed a game freeze after a building upgrade purchased with the "Max" step button active

- Fixed an error when using the Help button during a non-time event

- Fixed an internal data-key error

- Fixed Asian font rendering problems

- Fixed a 5-7 second freeze when the game calculates submarine routes

- Fixed the attacking country name not displaying above the flag on the war warning pop-up
