Born in waters where even magic struggles to reach, the Star Angler stalks its prey in utter silence. Its pale lure promises hope, while its cavernous maw delivers only oblivion.
Combat Power: Devouring Depths
- Use: Summons the Star Angler at a target location, it pulls enemies inside a whirlpool and erupts shredding through them for a total magnitude of 750 for 4 seconds.
- Reduces target's outgoing damage by 15.8% and Combat Advantage by 10.5% for 10 seconds.
Equip Power: Uncanny Precision
Grants 2700 Combined Rating, 2250 Combat Advantage and 2250 Accuracy.
Companion: Encore the Virtuoso (Mythic)
A silver-tongued kenku minstrel draped in bright silks and borrowed bravado. Encore wanders taverns and battlefields alike, weaving stolen songs, sharp wit, and dramatic flair into performances few forget, and many wish they could. Often performs covers.
Active Powers
- Mending Melody – A peaceful melody that Heals up to 5 allies and buffs their Outgoing Healing, Power, and Critical Severity
- Strings on Fire – Encore performs a swift and vicious melody, damaging an enemy and increasing their Incoming Damage.
- Tune of Order – Quick tune strikes a foe that damages and pulls in nearby enemies, reducing their Outgoing Damage and Movement Speed.
- Enhancement – Gives an additional bonus to Combined Rating.
Defense Power: Bard's Finesse
Grants stats for Critical Severity, Combined Rating, Outgoing Healing Bonus and Power.
