We are well aware that players in the European region, in particular, have been experiencing difficulties enjoying smooth gameplay due to high ping.
In the early stages of Early Access, we prepared our server infrastructure in phases in order to secure the matching pool. We ask for your understanding regarding the inconvenience this caused to our users in Europe, and we sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback.
Our development team is currently preparing to open the European servers, and we are doing our best to make them available as soon as possible. We will provide another update on the specific schedule once it has been confirmed.
