This update now includes the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime prerequisite required by the game on Windows.
Steam will automatically install or verify WebView2 when the game is launched, fixing startup issues on computers where the runtime was missing. The first launch after this update may take a few extra seconds while setup completes.
