Upgrade System Improvements
- Upgrade Milestones - Upgrades can now have unique effects and descriptions at specific stack levels.
- Clearer Level-Up Choices - Upgrade cards now show whether an upgrade is one-off, stackable, its maximum stacks, and whether it belongs to an ability path.
- Improved Upgrade Summaries - Acquired upgrade summaries now include milestone effects and descriptions.
- Movement Milestones - Movement upgrades can now improve dash cooldown, dash distance, and air-jump count at higher stacks.
- XP Orb Healing - The Orbs upgrade now restores health at its second stack milestone.
- Ice Piercer - Added a new Ice Lance perk that increases piercing while reducing damage and weapon spread.
Balance Changes
- Enemy Health Pass - Non-boss enemies now spawn with reduced base health. Boss health remains unchanged.
- Dash Scaling - Upgrade effects now correctly modify dash and Phase Dash cooldowns and travel distance.
Enemy & Combat Improvements
- Improved Enemy Targeting - Enemy threat and target tracking now correctly handle all valid player identities.
- Melee Contact Fixes - Melee attacks now resolve active player colliders more reliably, including during multiplayer movement.
- Damage Window Reliability - Body-contact damage now activates consistently with other melee hit shapes and avoids duplicate hits.
- Shield Visuals - Enemy shields now have brighter surface highlights, reflections, and clearer animated patterns.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed enemies failing to track or clear targets when a valid player had network object ID zero.
- Fixed some melee attacks missing players because they selected inactive or incorrect colliders.
- Fixed melee damage windows missing brief contact opportunities between physics ticks.
- Fixed upgrade descriptions not matching the next stack being offered.
- Fixed dash distance and cooldown changes not appearing consistently in upgrade summaries.
