In Dune: Awakening, Paul Atreides was never born. This alternate timeline opens the door to a different struggle for control of Arrakis—one where you must carve out your own path through exploration, survival, crafting, combat, politics, and the ever-present hunt for spice.

Console Head Start Begins September 17
Dune: Awakening launches on PlayStation®5 and XBOX on September 22, 2026. The game will also be available with Game Pass and supports XBOX Play Anywhere.
Players who own the Deluxe or Ultimate Edition can begin their head start on September 17. PS5 and XBOX Players are able to pre-load now.
The upcoming update will also launch on PC that same day. Please note that it will be larger than usual and will take longer for those with slower connections. However – the update lays the groundwork for more efficient updates in the future.
To deploy the update, there will be a four-hour maintenance period from 10:00 CEST to 14:00 CEST.

Since launching on PC last year, Dune: Awakening has continued to evolve. Alongside the console release, the September update brings new content, improvements, and changes for all players.
