Attention, operating Logistics Units.
Supervisor.exe has compiled and deployed system update. Analysis of launch weekend metrics indicated several administrative inefficiencies and minor system faults. The following adjustments have been applied to your workspace to ensure corporate targets remain attainable.
- The salvage value of active ships has been corrected. Decommissioning or replacing a ship now returns 100% of its initial purchase cost, provided the hull has not suffered operational degradation. Damaged or worn vessels will still only yield a 50% scrap value. This should reduce the financial penalty of early-stage fleet reorganization.
- We have introduced a setting to adjust the brightness of active trade routes. If the glowing visual lines on your mapping display are causing optical strain during long shifts, you can now dim them through your terminal configuration menu.
- A crash issue has been detected and resolved. Adjusting the user interface scale during live gameplay previously caused a fatal main thread exception.
- An automated save routine is now operational. This reduces the risk of lost progress due to sudden power cuts or general operator negligence.
- Additionally various minor bugs and calculation errors have also been resolved.
These system optimizations have cost the corporation valuable processing cycles. We expect you to make up for this expense with immediate increases in trade volume. The ships are waiting. Get back to work.
