🤖 Robo now has a tutorial

Robo was originally designed as a multiplayer-only game. I expected hardcore players to figure out the controls, invite their friends, and start competing. But it seems the game really does need a tutorial.

The solo tutorial teaches you how to control the base part, attach other parts, overcome strong air currents, and get past lasers.

The tutorial is mandatory. After updating, you will need to complete it once before the main game becomes available. By the way, would a multiplayer tutorial be useful to you?

The new version is available in the test branch with the code RoboTest202601. Feel free to try it and share your feedback.

I also moved the camera closer to the robot to make the game feel more exciting. Should I use a similar camera on the other levels?

Join us, share your thoughts and help shape its future! The server brings together two projects: the digital game you’re playing now and its tabletop version. Yes, there’s a board game too — and its campaign on a Czech crowdfunding platform will be launching soon! 🔗Community25 Jun 2026Before the first button is pressedOne interesting thing we noticed during a recent indie game event is how quickly people form an opinion about a game before actually playing it. They watch the presentation. They look at the screen. They listen to the idea. And if the game does not instantly explain itself from the outside, it can be easy to think: “I already understand what this is.” But Robo is one of those games that changes…
