1. Item Retrieval and Sanctions for Abusing the 'Personal Storage' Purchase Bug
All items acquired by abusing a bug—which granted an abnormal quantity of items upon purchasing the 'Personal Storage' from the shop—will be fully retrieved. Accounts that intentionally abused this bug, thereby negatively impacting the in-game economy, will be subject to sanctions in accordance with our operational policy.
2. Currency (Lance) Restoration for Innocent Buyers
Relief measures will be provided for users who legitimately purchased the 'Personal Storage' items distributed by abusers through in-game trading. For the items that are retrieved, we will refund the in-game currency, 'Lance', that you paid during the purchase. Please submit a request via the Steam Bug Restoration email ([email protected]) to receive your refund. (Refunds will be distributed sequentially based on the order of received requests.)
Note: You do not need to remember the exact amount of 'Lance' you spent. We will verify the details through our system logs based on the information you provide.
