# [Notice] Apology and Bug Fix Update Regarding the June 27 Official Launch

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who waited for our official launch on June 27 and stayed up late to join us on launch day.

We would also like to apologize for the issues that occurred during the launch. Please find the details and our actions below.

## 1. Server Connection Issues

Shortly after the official launch, a significantly higher number of players than expected attempted to access the servers simultaneously, resulting in temporary server connection issues.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who experienced inconvenience due to the unstable service.

We will continue to strengthen our server monitoring and management to provide a more stable and enjoyable gameplay experience.

## 2. Steam Starter Pack "Gym Uniform Costume" Bug Fix & Compensation

We discovered an issue affecting the **Gym Uniform Costume** included in the Steam **Starter Pack**, and an emergency patch has been applied.

**Issue**

* Players wearing the **Gym Uniform Costume** were unable to use portals.

**Resolution**

* The cause of the issue has been identified and fully fixed.

**Compensation**

* All players who previously purchased the Starter Pack have been sent a new, properly functioning **Gym Uniform Costume** via the in-game mailbox.

**Removal of the Bugged Costume**

* The defective costume will be removed from all affected accounts during the next scheduled server maintenance.

Please check your in-game mailbox and claim the newly distributed costume.
