Step right up, Curators! Take on the role of Funfair Expert, and prepare to reopen the gates of Two Point County’s once-legendary amusement park, after a decades-long hiatus. For years, the site at Riquetti Gardens has sat dark, rusty and guest-less - and there’s nothing amusing about that, hm? Your new funfair will boast historic rides from Two Point County’s past, and as our resident Expert, you’ll have the chance to bring history to life for guests by building blueprints for immersive ride experiences that complement your existing museum themes. Round a corner as you prepare a thrilling adventure for your museum guests, as high-octane engineering meets cultural curation.

A Ticket to Vibe
We’re searching for Funfair Experts to revisit and reinvent wild rides, transforming the County’s old funfair into a one-of-a-kind mix of museum-meets-amusement park, or as we like to call it, a museum-ments.
You’ll juggle all the elements that go into curating a great funfair. Discover the highs within the technical art of Mascot Entertainment, and prove your expertise as you undertake building corkscrews near fragile artefacts. Curators will also need soft skills such as candy floss making and spannering (that’s Ride Maintenance, to you and me).
Coaster CurationAs our resident Expert, you’ll design the full loop of coastering journeys, creating your own custom coasters, tweaking everything from the height, tilt and camber to realise your own high-velocity dreams.
You’ll curate different coasters, ranging from the sombre Monobeast Monorail for our less thrill-enthusiastic guests to high-octane spins and inversions with the steel coaster. As our resident engineering expert, you’ll have full control when placing the coaster’s supports, adjusting each track piece, adding track additions like chains and boosters, and even decorative pieces.
Dressed to Thrill
Alongside their long list of museum duties, your assistants can now get dressed to thrill, with everywhere to go, as new Museum Mascots, as they traverse your museum near and far to deliver immersive experiences to your guests, transporting them to a new world whilst they explore your museum, or wait in line for rides.
Mascot costumes transform your Assistants into walking, talking (kind of) characters. An entire range is available, each with its own effects and entirely new smells to discover across Expeditions in Two Point County. Mascots will bring joy (and hopefully not tears) to your guests across your museum empire, with mascots available across museum themes.
Ride of your Life
As our new Experts, you should be happy to travel to the old abandoned park of Gearbox Fairgrounds on expeditions to uncover new thrilling blueprints and perks for this fresh adventure. You’ll help Gretchen Gearbox as she realises her grandfather’s dreams, revisiting his past rides - the marvels of engineering that they were - and bringing them up to modern Two Point County safety regulations, loose as they are.
Thrill to Bits
New Funfair exhibits not only provide Buzz and Knowledge, but a whole new rush in itself, providing Thrill. Previously untapped in the County’s museums, Thrill will increase your guests' desire to stay in the museum, thus offering a unique spin on maximising your guests’ visits, and of course, ride tickets, donations, and Gift Shop spend.

Experts with a background in award applications are a huge plus, as we’re eager to make history thrilling, with lofty goals to achieve Ride Ribbons and the perks that come with them. Receiving certificates from the County’s Department of Amusement (is there a department for everything? No wonder the County spend is, ahem)… the Department of Amusement are a tricky bunch, who previously shut down Gearbox Fairgrounds, so make sure to keep rides well spannered and puddles properly mopped, if you’re to please them.
As usual, this update also comes with a load of bug fixes, improvements and optimisation changes.
