Today's hotfix addresses the inactive offline levelling situation. With this intervention, the issue should be resolved.

Although accumulated experience allowed the team to reach a solution faster, the very important feature of offline levelling was still down for about two weeks. This put a damper on players' development, and the team is sorry for the the inconvenience the issue has brought to the community. Following this hotfix, we will be providing compensations for players to make up for the time lost:

Compensations will be provided to the players whose account was active (has a log in date) during the bug's effective time (August 26th - September 9th).
The following items will be given as compensation:
- 10 days of premium subscription (7 days + 3 days premium consumables) for the players who could not use dual skilling as a part of their active premium;
- 6 days of premium subscription (3 days + 3 days premium consumables) for the players without an active premium.

The team will launch the compensation process once we confirm that the fix is effective and the bug no longer affects the players. Estimated day for compensation delivery: Friday, September 11th.

We will provide additional tips on how to claim the compensation the same day.

Feudals, the compensation for the inactive offline levelling period should now be available in your "Account Inventories".

How to claim the compensation
Please take into account that the subscription will not activate automatically. Premium subscription is a "consumable" item, and you have the power to decide when the period starts. Go to "Esc->Account Inventory" and search the window for "Premium account" items. You should receive 2 units of this item with durations listed above. If you do not see the compensation in your "Account Inventory", please ⁠contact our support team: https://support.ltg.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Our agents will check you account and add the necessary items manually.
