Hey guys, Its been two weeks since Impartial launched and the reviews have been positive. One issue that has come up is the pricing around the game. We benchmarked the cost of this game to similar titles such as - Death and Taxes, Trolley problem inc, The King's Dilemma: Chronicles etc. The average gameplay ranges from 2 - 4 hours with some sections being replayable. Pricing on Steam is tricky because we know games sell more when they are discounted but we also want our base price to match the value of what we have created. It's important to note that this game was created over 6 years, it wasn't created during a weekend. A lot of research, planning and development went into the title. Our approach moving forward is that we want as many people as possible to play Impartial because we truly believe this is a unique experience that you cannot find elsewhere, even if its means lower the price of the game. We decided to reduce the base price of the game by 30% and leave it there. We don't want price to be a factor if somebody wants to try the game.
Thank you all,
Gamerlyst Team
