Every act's last two heists are now hand-built movement setpieces — no more generated finales. The reception is gone, the exit portal has moved, and the only way out is through a pure skill run. Each act teaches a technique in its penultimate level, then examines you on it in the finale — longer, tighter, and meaner as the campaign goes on.
Act 1 — Running Start / The Long Stride: first speed jumps; kill-floored chasms, then gaps that grow.
Act 2 — No Brakes / The Stretch: run-ups shrink; ends on a 4m gap that only goes if you never broke stride.
Act 3 — Between Walls / Laser Alley: wall-jump corridors over the void, lasers forcing high catches and low kicks mid-chain.
Act 4 — Breathing Room / The Compactor: the corridors come alive — walls slide and breathe as you pass between them.
Act 5 — Dead Weight / Double Time: momentum while carrying the HEAVY stash; then six chasms with tiny run-ups.
Act 6 — Thin Air / Flight Path: no ground — launch chains with stashes falling past the rims to snatch mid-air.
Act 7 — The Long Drop / Freefall: steer a 24m, then 36m fall through drifting laser bars.
Act 8 — The Gauntlet / One Last Job: a 29m living-corridor marathon, then one continuous no-checkpoint run ending on an 8m jump that demands preserved bunny-hop speed.
A miss is a clean instant retry, never a softlock. We know they're completable — tell us where they stop being fair.

Failed ghost submissions now tell you instead of failing silently; PB-clobber bug fixed; custom-map ghosts auto-reattach.
Leaderboards reset on the 16 finales (by design) and L40–L43 (sticky-goo moved to stay in act 5). All other boards carry over.
Debug HUD-hide for clean capture, richer moving-hazard choreography, a docs pass. Every level is machine-verified to load, complete, and replay deterministically before it ships.
