I've just pushed an update to version 1.3. Version 1.3 adds 6 more things to tweak in the settings. The settings are:

Music Volume
Sound Effects Volume
Brightness
Gamepad Invert Look (H)
Gamepad Invert Look (V)
Keyboard Layout

I plan to push a smaller update tomorrow or the day after to add settings to the pause menu as well!
