New feature: Merchant Rating

How do you do, fellow merchants!

This week's update adds the Merchant Rating, which is a rating that can be leveled up by moving commodities.

Upgrade your Merchant Rating to get access to better offers and contracts.

Other minor changes include:

Increased the cargo hold size from 5 to 10 for both the Shuttle and Mining starting roles
Increased minimum passenger ticket prices
Increased the ticket price spread for the different kinds of passenger group size
and general fixes and improvements
