We are excited to bring you PAYDAY in PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS.
We have been working with the great people at PUBG Studios to bring you this limited-time PAYDAY co-op heist mode for PUBG Arcade on PC, and dropping on Console on May 21.
We took four popular, vastly different heists and redesigned them for the ‘jump in a play’ arcade mode. Take on the iconic PAYDAY Dozers and Cloakers as you attempt to get your hands on the loot, while fighting off the opposition in this new AI system purpose built for the PUBG x PAYDAY collaboration.
All heists will offer an experience that feels fresh no matter if it’s your first time behind the mask or a veteran heister. Players who played the heists in PAYDAY 3 will enjoy seeing how the missions have been streamlined and rebuilt within PUBG.
So mask up with your crew from the Battlegrounds and pull off the heists you know from PAYDAY 3 in stealth or loud. Hit the Diamond District and fill your bags with sparkles, bust open and empty the large vault in The Exchange, take on the Nightclub and grab the riches hidden below, or go fully loud on Road Rage as you are taking on a convoy of trucks filled with loot.
As a crew of four heisters, you get to pick between five different classes, Assault, Medic, Tank, Marksman, and Ghost, to suit your playstyle and collaborate with your team to plan your approach. Every job can go differently depending on how you and your crew play it. Go in guns blazing or take the stealthy approach, it’s all up to you.
Every heist you complete will level up your class and unlock new skills and weapons.
We all love a good heist, so while they weren't looking we stole some awesome gear for all the heisters out there. A bag of PUBG loot will drop into both PAYDAY 3 and PAYDAY 2 in upcoming patches.
Be on the lookout for the “With Love From Erangel” Challenge; unlock the Lone Survivor suit and mask in PAYDAY 3, as well as the iconic frying pan weapon charm and some kick-ass weapon stickers for your enjoyment.
PAYDAY 2 crews will also get some swag. You will be able to bash Dozers with frying pans, while literally frying cops with the flaregun.
And no PUBG heister shall go empty handed: in the PUBG x PAYDAY game mode there are 3 complete outfits, 2 loot bags, and 8 standalone masks. 5 of the masks are from famous heisters. There are a total of 19 pieces of cosmetic unlocks to hunt for and keep forever.
