Hi everyone,I just pushed Demo version 0.6.3.Before getting into the new features, I need to share an important note: this update will reset your current progress. I had to make some deep structural changes to the save system, which means older save files are no longer compatible. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the game's foundation gets stronger. This update focuses on quality of life improvements, new farming mechanics, and some much-needed bug fixes. Here is everything new and changed in this version:New Features & Gameplay
New Tool - The Shovel: You can now craft and use a shovel. Keep an eye out for randomly spawned digging spots around the world to reveal hidden loot.
Farmland Removal: Made a mistake while farming? You can now easily remove a farmland block by digging it up with your shovel.
Water Well: You can now build a Water Well to quickly refill your watering can.
Revamped Hoe Mechanics: You can now till the ground in 8 adjacent directions without needing to move or manually rotate your character. If you are playing with a gamepad, you can use the right stick to easily select your target cell.
Quality of Life & UI Improvements
Hotbar Click Behavior: Left-clicking on a hotbar slot during regular gameplay now simply selects that slot instead of dragging the item. This should prevent the accidental item grabbing issues many of you reported.
Hotbar Feedback: Added a new selection animation and audio clip when switching slots on your hotbar.
Map UI Refactor: The map menu has been refactored under the hood and should feel much smoother to navigate now.
Map Markers: Added tooltips to map markers. Mission markers are now also visible on your minimap.
Item Tooltips: Item descriptions have been added to the tooltips so you can see exactly what an item does at a glance.
Visuals & Animations
Added a new ground tilling animation.
Updated the mining animation.
Updated the visuals for Copper, Iron, and Gold ingot bar objects.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug that caused a grabbed item to remain stuck to your cursor when closing a menu or quitting the game, which carried the item across different sessions.
Fixed an issue where mission markers were displaying in the wrong positions.
Fixed a bug where the character model was not showing up on the skin preview page during your second or later runs.
Thank you for playing and sharing your feedback.
