🎭 Events now have 3 choices

Every event now offers three options with different risk and reward profiles — not just Accept or Ignore. The cheap middle option always has a catch. Ignoring always has consequences. A few highlights:

💧 Pipe Burst

Emergency Plumber ($700) · Let Cousin Eddy Fix It ($300, -rep, duct tape) · Ignore (-25 rep, water offline)

✊ Staff Demands

Agree to Raise ($500) · Promise a Review (buys time) · Call Their Bluff (two staff quit, spa closes)

⚡ Power Outage

Emergency Repairs ($900) · Candles & Ambience ($200, guests love it) · Wait It Out (-22 rep)

🐀 Rat Infestation

Pest Control ($600) · DIY Traps ($150, guests suspicious) · Blame the Kitchen (-20 rep)

🚪 Entrance fee

Click the Reception and use the new Entrance Fee slider ($0–50). Every guest pays on arrival — great passive income on top of treatment revenue. Set it too high and guests will turn away at the door with a popup. Budget varies by guest type: students are broke, celebrities flash the cash.

🍂 Seasonal particles

Autumn brings falling leaves, winter brings snowflakes. Subtle ambient particles that drift across the screen and make each season feel distinct. Spring and summer stay clean — not everything needs confetti.

⚙️ Settings panel

Press Esc → Settings for a proper settings panel: music and SFX volume, UI scale, fullscreen toggle, and zoom presets (720p / 1080p / 1440p / 4K). Audio and display settings are no longer buried in the escape menu.

More fixes & polish

✓Screenshot button moved to the topbar — you can now see what you're snapping

✓Guests now walk in from outside the building instead of spawning at the door

✓Minimap viewport box now correctly reflects zoom level and position

✓Queue badge now clears properly when guests leave

✓Price slider pulses on first room click to draw attention to it

✓Tutorial now explains entrance fees and the difference between hiring staff and building rooms

✓Season changer added to cheat menu for testing

✓Various render crash fixes at high zoom levels

Every room now casts a soft drop shadow, walls have proper ambient occlusion at their base, and the lighting gradient across room faces is significantly more dramatic — clear separation between the lit top face, the medium-lit left wall, and the deep shadow on the right. Walls are slightly taller for a more 3D presence. Guests and staff…Major update6 May 2026Devlog 9🛋️ v0.4 — Themes, Furniture & Bigger Events 🛋️ Furnish Your Rooms Rooms no longer build instantly. When you place a room, a furnishing panel opens — every room type has required items (the basics that make it functional) and optional upgrades that add capacity, revenue per session, faster treatments, or daily reputation. A Sauna needs a Wood Heater to open, but add a Bucket & Ladle and Eucaly…
