There are 10 new uniques being added into this patch!

Unique - Enhancer's Cube: Increases the amount of Enhancements that can be active by 2. Enhancements increase Mastery by 25% depending on it's element.
Unique - Enhancer's Belt: Increases the amount of Enhancements that can be active by 2. Increases Base Stats by 10% per active Enhancement.
Unique - Rope of the Warlord: Reduces Power by 25%. Increases Enmity by 100%.
Unique - Amulet of Shadows: Reduces Resistance by 25%. Reduces AoE damage received by 65%.
Unique - Burst Ring: Increases Speciality by 400%. Receive a Debuff when triggering a Status Burst that prevents triggering Status Bursts.
Unique - Master's Humility: Increases Force by 1% per current TP.
Unique - Master's Guard: Increases Resistance by 0.5% per current TP. Diminishing returns after 100 TP.
Unique - Amulet of Echoes: When using Technique skills, if there is enough TP remaining, use the skill again.
Unique - Infuriation Band: When this character hits an enemy they provoked, trigger a Status Burst called Infuriate.
Unique - Pacifist's Choker: Reduces Prowess by 50%. Increases Endurance by an amount equal to Prowess.
Unique - Pacifist's Band: Reduces Power by 50%. Increases Resistance by an amount equal to Power.
Unique - Pacifist's Girdle: Reduces Force by 50%. Increases Armor by an amount equal to Force.
Unique - Pacifist's Book: Reduces Power, Force, and Prowess by 15%.
Special Effect Burst - Infuriate:

Rune Knight's passive now increases amount of Enhancements that can be active by 4 (down from infinite). This is to make way for Enhancement cap to be a mechanic instead of Rune Knight being a requirement.
