How can I test it?
You can gain access to the new features by switching to the experimental branch. Please note that using the experimental branch means your save file is at risk.
Switching to the experimental branch
Go to your library
Right click the game and select Properties...
Select Betas
Select experimental in the Beta Participation dropdown
Close the window
Wait for the update
Launch the game
