**Dyson Sphere Ring Visuals**
* There are now Static Meshes that help represent how complete the Dyson Sphere is
* * The number of rings increases up to 3, as well as the speed of the rings, and intensity of the overlay on the Mesh
**Settings Menu Iteration**
* Back end settings have been built for a lot of common game settings (VSync, Input Modes, Sensitivities, etc)
* Settings Menu has been update to have these as well, but again they aren't being respected anywhere... yet
**System Event Ticker**
* There is now an Event Ticker just above the Mini Map that will tell the Player when various things occur in the System
* These Events persist for a limited amount of time then fade
** This is up to a max count of events at which the oldest is removed
* Example events include Enemy Spawns, Resource Collection, Outposts Established, etc
**Visual Updates**
* Mini Map now shows the Planet that the Player will fire from in real time as well as orbitals information/icons for Planet State
* Consumables have been updated to have some in world UI/icons to replace the old Text that would appear of them
**Bugs and Balance Updates**
* Occupiers will now "Upgrade Planets" if there are no other Barren Planets
* Fixed a bug where Enemies couldn't teleport in system to escape damage
* Destroyers now fire Volleys of Missiles periodically at the Player for less damage
* Fixing a bug where Concealment Fields could be offset too far from the Enemy Mesh
