Added private parties to the game. Now you can create a private party and add a password for it. You can still create and join to public parties freely.
Reduced the gold cost for Upgrading stats.
Added target locking to Eagle skill. Now they will lock to the target and follow them.
Improved "Estimated Damage" for Skills. It should reflect changes instantly while equipping/unequipping gems.
