A quick update to address a couple of bugs people have encountered so far! This should handle
minor cloudsave issues
issues when special characters were used in save names
initialising steam userstats to prevent a crash if the API can't load
removing fatigue penalties at the end of One Bite's quest
a crash if Zorana's parachute is sabotaged at a particular time
