Hotfix 1.1.2 - Leaderboard Time Score Fix

Hello Goobers,Just a quick fix for time scores not uploading properly (I am terrible at math and my logic was borked)

Fixes:

Fix for leaderboard time score not uploading/saving when it should
Time score will now upload independently even if you did not beat your high score to accomodate for legacy save files with old/incorrect data

Notes:

This should not affect any savegame data
Don't let me anywhere near your math homework
