1.02 - A clean start:
Rebuilt Unreal Enviromint, Burning through 3 mother boards, a hard drive, and some Ram has taken it's toll on XDEV, Crunch and I decided that with the launch of 1.01, that this was the time.
Extensive back up routines, followed by a full system Rebuild/Refresh, Format/windows. although there are still little things to do, to DCF credit the system was stood back up from nothing to compile in 38 hours.
Headless server compile, Upcoming Node Ventures will include and work with the Unreal Headless server of DCF, After the new Enviromint proofed it could compile a client I wanted to verify we could still make a headless server.
Animation Compile Warnings, Was merely the last in a large list of warning and settings that have resolved. Including cleaning a the engine Ini, and Editor start up logs
Plugin Cleanup, Unreal comes with a bunch of Plugins that we did not employee, With the help of Crunch AI, we have eliminated around 30 of them.
Zoom Skippable, (T key) will now move the zoom in stages (close, med, Far) wheel can still fine tune it.
Admin Fly, (Q key) When you use the world menu to fly there was no way to go up I have spliced in a way to gain some height.
Update pass::: uds 8.6A, Got the latest and greatest Sky, and Weather.
Landscaping pass, Finally knocked out some huge lag issues here.
Construct Update, Yeah its changed a bit.
Car Update, motorcycle Update, Got the latest packs from Digital Dive and updated. Some collision things stepped backwards but this will clear the forward on the fa in the next big release.
3d import system, There has been extensive work done on this, and I am close to being able to pull in a obj from the desktop and put it in the game.
Car/bike Pass, Spent a bunch of time learning how animations work and the like, feel like I am getting close to getting this fully into the system.
Controller Tune, Went through the Controller lay out, there is still a lot of things to figure out here and I pushed it further down the update list.
Ownership on Power/ Save check, Fought an fought this one, but as of yet still not able to resolve. Still trying to some up with ideas, may goto defuse and file a question there soon.
Ballz Drop, 6 on the num and nodes shit's a ball...
Fireworks, 9 on the num pad and node will fly off and plant a firework.
Node System Pass, these first little commands are laying out a much larger more diverse command system for Nodes future.
