Hey coyotes! We're so excited to share with you a big update to Starshifter, with lots of new content! While we're still a little ways from a full release, we hope you'll enjoy playing what we've added so far. Here's a quick rundown:
-Added the third marsh level! There's an NPC hidden here who might have something new to teach you...
-Darkness has a few new threats to it, and animals won't talk to you until you clear it
-Two larger bosses from the Darkness can be found after you clear their requirements
-Your crow friend will now follow you and give you tips
-A new main menu
-Quality of life and bug fixes (although you may encounter more)
-Achievements show up on Steam, but you can't earn them just yet
We have a lot of other progress that we can't show until release, but it includes another level, games, cutscenes, collectibles, and language options! So we hope you'll enjoy playing again later in the summer.
As before, we're still a small team working part time, so please keep that in mind if you run into bugs or errors. Let us know of any on the Starshifter Discord and we'll do our best to fix them. Thanks again for playing!
