Fixed player accepting an extort being erroneously charged prestige
Fixed player rejecting an insult from Vile Calumny not receiving the prestige wager
Fixed Angelic Host event not working when one of the players has no legions
Fixed Malevolant Retaliation not capturing defeated POPs
Fixes amulets not protecting power losses
Fixed Paperwork Restructure returning erroneous prestige to a player who rejects one of Demand, Extort or Send Emissary on the same turn
