- The Talon-92 for the Engineer Class is now unlocked sooner
- Fixed ping not showing inside the server browser
- Fixed bad frame rate for the pilots / passengers inside the Transport Helicopter

Balancing

- Reduced repair tool speed of the pilot / driver of vehicles by 75%
- Reduced repair tool speed after a damage hit
- Increased AW-N Bullet Velocity by 55%
