Over the last couple of months, we've worked hard on most of the major Bigscreen systems.
- New Remote Desktop feature to use your Windows PC on your Quest, wirelessly. It is easier to install with high quality, low latency streams
- New feature to watch hundreds of free TV channels in your own user-created room!
- Performance and stability improved massively
Now it's time for a new visual update with a brand new environment: the Bigscreen Classroom!
Inspired by iconic 🧑🏫anime classrooms, it's the perfect setting to do creative work, play games, watch your favorite anime, or hang out. Enjoy!
What's next?
Here is what's currently in development and launching in the coming months:
- Input streaming for Remote Desktop. Use your Windows PC wirelessly from your Meta Quest 2
- Built-in YouTube player. Watch YouTube by yourself or together with friends in a VR movie theater
- Friends System with friends lists, easy invites, and more
- New customizable avatars
- Moderation tools and admin controls for room hosts to easily moderate and organize rooms
