Here's a list of all the fixes coming with hotfix 0.10.51p:

Broken ledger won’t appear if you have built a ledger
Agatha will now go to church if you have completed her ledger tasks and shown her proof of her tragic demise
The broken roof in Agatha’s workshop no longer counts towards the quest to fix her workshop
Green swing door and regular swing door were using the same data, causing issues
Fixed issue where some quests would sometimes not progress if you started a new game after having an existing save file loaded
