Just a quick hotfix for some issues that were introduced in the last update! Here are the changes:
- Fixed an issue where planets weren't able to stop their continuous send orders in multiplayer
- Fixed a minor bug where 1 ship would get subtracted from player planets at the start of every game (inconsequential but very annoying)
