We've made some changes to make medallions more accessible earlier in the run
Reduced cost of Potion Recipes from 10->8 Medallions (Marcel won't refund any medallions prior to this)
Changed the chests a bit to allow for more medallions earlier in the game
Some bonus Medallions are now received at the end of a run, depending on how far you got.
Made it so that any damage over time effects are removed from the player when defeating bosses. Solves an issue where Devana's tornadoes could still damage you after beating her.
Fixed another somewhat rare crash that could happen in the ingredient drop logic
