Note: To limit the number of issues in the main build, this version is currently released as public beta only. Go to the Public Beta section of these update notes to read about how to upgrade your installation to the beta version.
How to enable: Protocol → Virtual Joystick
What it does: Converts your head/eye movements directly into emulated joystick output.
Mapping: In Tracking Settings, choose a mapping per axis (e.g., Head Yaw → Right Stick X, Head Pitch → Right Stick Y, Head Roll → L/R Triggers).
Visualizer: A live joystick visualization shows exactly how input is being emulated.
Reliable tracking at distances up to 10 meters from the camera.
Input visualization (3 modes):
Raw Tracking – pre-smoothing data
Camera Mode – camera feed with annotations
Smoothed & Centered – final tracking just before mapping
Unified Tracking Settings: Head and eye tracking are now managed together in one place.
Sensitivity controls: Global and per-axis sensitivity that both (a) set each spline’s max output and (b) scale/move spline nodes accordingly.
Per-axis smoothing & deadzone: Fine-tune stability and neutral zones per axis.
Eye-tracking blend: Removed the old Eye Tracking Influence toggle. Eye data is now blended into head tracking automatically based on sensitivity.
Communication settings: Moved into the unified tracking settings for consistency.
Auto-start: Optional—tracking can start automatically when the app launches (toggle in Settings).
Removed: Legacy Max Output customization (replaced by the new sensitivity + spline scaling).
Plus many smaller improvements and fixes.
