A couple fixes.

Fixes:
1. For the last mission as an Admiral (7-E) there was a very rare case where the destruction of the UGA 5th Fleet HQ would not be recognized as the completion of a mission objective - fixed.
2. Crew morale was decreasing too quickly in some cases - fixed.
3. A couple other minor formatting fixes.
