The wait is over! Aeterna Lucis is coming this year with your support!
We have some exciting news that many of you have been eagerly awaiting: the highly anticipated sequel to Aeterna Noctis, titled Aeterna Lucis, will officially arrive this year! Specifically, you'll be able to dive into this new adventure starting September 2025 on all platforms.
Continuing our beloved tradition, Aeterna Lucis will feature two distinctive difficulty modes: the Lucis Mode, crafted to be extremely challenging, demanding, and rewarding, preserving the spirit of the iconic original Noctis mode, and offering an intense platform-focused experience; and the Aeterna Mode, more relaxed and accessible, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in a metroidvania experience with a calmer pace and deeper exploration. It's truly like having two games in one!
We're especially excited to announce that the first official gameplay preview is already available on our official Aeternum Game Studios YouTube channel, showcasing thrilling new mechanics, stunning visuals, and hints of what awaits you in this epic sequel.
