New home location is modeled after real life Nakagin Capsule Tower. Built in 1972 in Ginza, Tokyo, it consisted of 140 capsules attached around two main towers. The building represented "Japanese Metabolism" concept that incorporated ideas of organic biological growth into architecture. The design implied that over years capsules will be replaced and rearranged, similar to life cycles of living organisms. Real life building was demolished in 2022.
New location can be accessed from the main map navigation menu. Both apartment complex and Nakagin now require paying weekly rent. If rent is not paid, access will be locked until next payment (sleeping for free is possible in school infirmary or gym storage room).
Weekly money transfers via ATM on "normal" and "hard" mode were increased by 5k Yen to offset the new bills. Starting a new game or loading a game saved in earlier version will have 1 week of apartment complex rent already paid.
Adjusted several colliders in the shrine map to prevent characters walking outside of map.
