Outliver: Tribulation is an atmospheric, story-driven survival horror action game about a soldier who mysteriously finds herself in the Realm of Tribulations, a supernatural realm of African mythology where she has to undergo an ancient ritual to regain passage back to her realm… or so she thinks.
You play as Bola, a soldier who gets to uncover the mystery behind the realm, know the fate of her missing colleagues, meet other characters in fully-voiced dialog sequences, solve riddles to advance her trials, engage ferocious enemies in intense battles, utilise night vision googles to see better in the dark, upgrade her items to aid her trials, and navigate the various parts of the realm via teleportation portals. She also makes use of various charms and weapons to stay alive in hopes of making it back to her realm.
