Today we are expanding the Space Scum playtest with a second wave of invites. This means additional players are joining the mission, but the first wave of playtesters still have full access.
Why is that important? Because we have updated the playtest build based on the feedback from the first wave. Many of you told us the game felt a bit too easy last time, so we've ramped up the challenge. What do you think now? :)
Even if you have played before, we need you back in to see the changes, try the new adjustments, and let us know how it feels!
If you requested access but did not get in during the first wave, check your Steam library, notifications, or the Space Scum store page. You might already be cleared for boarding.
If you have access, you can invite one friend to join:
Open your Steam friends list
Right click a friend’s name
Select “Invite to Playtest” under the Space Scum entry
❗️Only one invite per playtester, so choose wisely.
Whether you are brand new or returning from the first wave, we want your honest feedback. Tell us what you enjoyed, what did not work for you, and what could be improved. Even short answers help. The Feedback Form link is in the Main Menu, please take a few minutes after your session to fill it out.
⚠️ If you played in the first wave, we recommend starting a new game. Old saves may have bugs or be incompatible with the updated build.
