September 4 No-Downtime Patch Notes (Ember Returns, Kui Dou Nerfed)

A game update will be released on September 4 at 02:00 UTC. No server downtime will be required. See below for details on update content:
Return of the Hero
Ember
A limited-time trial event for Ember will take place following the update on September 4 and last until September 7 15:59 UTC. The event will allow you to try out Ember for free.
New Mode
Added Arcade Mode - Respawn.
New Events
Added the Sugar Rush set, available for purchase after the update on September 4.
Added the 8-Bit Bonanza event, available after the update on September 4.
Added the Faction Clash event. The event will begin on September 8 at midnight UTC.
Added the Epic Ember Skin Inkstained Visitor and Epic Sticker Uh-Oh to the Farlight Store.
Feature Changes
Improved ban account notification pop-up content and player report feedback details.
Balancing and Adjustments
Beau
Ultimate Skill Vengeance Bomb: Reduced cooldown from 135s to 120s, and from 108s to 96s following Trait 1 upgrade. Skill cancellation cooldown reduced from 50s to 30s.
Tactical Skill Thunder Shockwave: Increased shrapnel damage from 10 to 20.
Freddie
·Tactical Skill Spectral Trap: Increased decoy duration from 13s to 16s.
·Tactical Skill Spectral Trap, Trait 1: Increased detection range upon decoy destruction from 30m to 65m.
·Ultimate Skill Backup: Increased HP recovered when Freddie is knocked down and transfers to his clone from 50 to 80.
Kui Dou
Ultimate Skill Cosmic Authority: Damage at center of Endless Thunder reduced from 45 to 38 (at standard 30m distance).
timate Skill Cosmic Authority: Shield durability reduced from 600 to 550.
Phantom
Tactical Skill Origem Trap: Impact detection radius increased from 15cm to 25cm.
Tactical Skill Origem Trap: Damage infliction upon trigger reduced from 20 to 10.
Ling Bo
Tactical Skill Dragon's Lair: Increased Ling Bo's Damage Reduction from 40% to 45%, and from 50% to 55% after Trait 1 upgrade.
Tactical Skill Tidal Shield: Human form - Durability increased from 80 to 105, and from 120 to 145 after Trait 1 upgrade; Dragon form - Durability increased from 100 to 125, and from 150 to 175 after Trait 1 upgrade.
Reduced the chances that the final Safe Zone will appear at the edge of the map.
Fixes
Nextara Map
Fixed occasional object clipping issues in the Drilling Platform area.
Fixed an issue where Syfer could teleport inside hills.
Fixed an issue where characters could sometimes be stuck at the top of hills.
Fixed occasional floating rock issues.
Fixed an issue where the countdown timer would sometimes not appear at the top of a hill.
Fixed collision issues for certain buildings.
Fixed an issue where characters would sometimes be stuck after finishing climbing in the Dispatch Station area.
Fixed an issue where characters would sometimes be stuck on Supply Chests in the Emergency Center area.
Fixed an issue where black patches would erroneously appear on the ground in the Sunder Realms map on mobile.
Fixed an issue where weapon animations were not available upon landing after being sucked up by Cyclone while riding Momoi's pet Bitesy.
Fixed tag display issue for Maychelle's Skin Kraken Party.
Fixed an issue where summoning Nimbus after being knocked down would create an unusable Nimbus.
Fixed an issue where multiple invalid squads would appear on the recruitment screen and increased the effectiveness of recruitment information.
Fixed display issues for some Hero Skins and equipment models.
Fixed an issue where the mic icon would shake during squadmate audio input.
Fixed the link to chances for the Fortune and Favor event.
Fixed an issue where some players could repeatedly launch the nickname change pop-up.
