Balance & Economy Adjustments
• Occult Dice Reroll Scaling: Reroll costs now scale proportionally with starting chips across all stages (Stage 1: 250~1000 chips / Stage 10: 1150~4400 chips) to prevent infinite rerolls while keeping the strategic tension.
• Card Swap (Plunder) Skill Tuning: Adjusted Plunder skill drop rate to 10% (from 20%) to encourage strategic combos with Info & Debuff skills. Adjusted 'Covenant of Plunder' success rate to 70% for exciting risk/reward.
UI & Localization Polish
• Fixed English tooltips on the Occult Dice button and turn-action warning popups.
• Cleaned up diagnostic debug overlay for production release.
