Hello everyone! In past versions, you might have grown tired of seeing the same cruiser we used for testing. Today, we’re introducing several new ships currently in development. Please note that these ships have not been officially named yet—all are using temporary designations for now.

First up is the frigate codenamed “Mistral.” It will be the first warship players command, and it’s expected to be the only player-piloted frigate in the game. While it doesn’t support customizable hull sections or come equipped with missiles, and players will likely replace it after a few gameplay cycles, it still features a full suite of essential systems and modules.

Next is the destroyer “Pegasus.” Think of it as an upgrade from the Mistral, offering basic missile capabilities and section-switching functionality, allowing players to tailor their loadouts for different combat scenarios.

Then there’s the “Proteus,” another destroyer designed with a strong focus on missile firepower. It boasts enhanced launch capacity and customizable segments, though this specialization does come at the cost of reduced conventional artillery strength.

Keep in mind that all of these ships are still in early development and subject to change.

That’s all for this development update. Thank you for your continued support of Flagship—feel free to share the news with fellow commanders. We’ll see you next time!

The Target Info display now shows range and obstruction more clearly. When a target is beyond a weapon’s range, its range warning turns red, while attempting to fire displays “Out of Range.” If the line of fire is blocked, the marker turns orange and displays “Target Occluded.” The aiming reticle…
