Fixed right torch on level selector doors not turning on in some situations in the co-op mode
Removed controller support for unknown controllers. From now on, they should use Steam Input to be detected
Lowered Binary Phoenix logo sound effect volume
Fixed controls panel only showing player 1 input in co-op mode
