Version 1.1.1 broke some achievements for 100% completion.

This 1.1.2 update fixes those achievements.
If you encountered this issue, you may need to reset one level and complete it again. (level 1 would be best)

The problem was caused by the screenshake effect being active while starting a level. There's also one new level, but you can't play it without hacking the game.
