Hello!
Here are the patch notes for today’s update.
We have been receiving continuous feedback regarding this stage, and we’ve implemented another patch today. Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts. Additional Optimization We’ve performed further optimization to ensure the game runs on devices without a dedicated GPU (such as laptops). Difficulty Adjustment (Nerfed) Previously, this stage was designed to maximize tension. In this patch, we’ve adjusted it so players can pass through at a more manageable pace without feeling overwhelmed.
As this is the finale of the first half of the game, many mobs are placed to create the atmosphere of raiding an enemy lair. To maintain the original intended atmosphere, we have only slightly changed the mob composition. Instead, we’ve increased the placement of recovery potions so you can progress more comfortably.
The Chapter 3 mid-boss Mandarin has been updated. We determined that the issue wasn't the boss's inherent difficulty, but rather the clarity of information provided to the player. Therefore, we focused on "Quality of Life" (QoL) improvements rather than significant difficulty tweaks. Difficulty Balancing The boss's charge speed has been slightly reduced. It is now easier to stun the boss when countering its charge with a melee attack. Camera Work Improvements The camera has been adjusted so that the boss's position and actions are easier to track during the fight. You will find the encounter much smoother when you play it yourself. That’s all for today’s patch notes.
