Added a new cursed item: Keravnos, Staff of Storms.
It is now possible to click on the "Possible modifiers" section to get the modifier you want, spending as many runes as it takes to roll it.
Max cooldown reduction changed from 85% -> 95%.
Reduced the cost of cloning gems by roughly 50%.
Gold no longer increases exponentially after floor 1000.
Gold is now capped at 100T, in order to restore players that got too high values.
