Added voice comms to the game. Added a button on the config screen to get to steams settings,
Enhanced the targeting icons / make it easier to see targets on the hud.
Rewards to find location on NPC's showed as wrong icon. Fixed.
Flintlock pistol and ammo can now be bought at the traders.
Some small inventory fixes.
