Buying and selling is based on your score with that particular class of NPC. NPC's will limit how
much they buy and sell to you and currently restock every day.

Added missions for clearing the large underground complexes of skull spawners. These are large and time consuming tasks so the rewards are much better, You also gain additional help with the skulls appearing on your hud letting you know where they are.
